• No, we only deliver rental items the same day as the event to prevent any lost and/or damaged items

  • At this time, we are sending the invoice to the client in full and are not requesting a deposit be made, however, if the invoice needs to be broken in to two payments, we can generally make the necessary arrangements. Please note that your date is not secure until payment is received

  • There is a $200 rental minimum for installation and delivery. We do offer some pickup options on rental items. Please contact us directly with this interest to see if we can accommodate your request.

    Please note that the 7ft panels are not available to pick up due to the weight of these items and for the safety of the client.

  • All rentals are subject to a $4/mile fee which covers delivery to event location, setup, breakdown and pickup with a $25 minimum if total miles to event location are under the $25 min. threshold (this is calculated from CW Creative Company’s Storage Facility - Located on N. Great Neck Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454)

  • Yes, however, please keep in mind that I use local third-party balloon companies and do not do the balloons myself. If balloons are going in multiple places of the event or if you are ordering balloons over 10ft, I will put you in contact to work with the balloon company directly. Please also keep in mind that there is a 15% pre-tax pickup/installation fee added to your order. This fee includes CW Creative Company picking up your order from the balloon company prior to your event and also day-of installation. This is a separate fee from the fee associated with rental items.

  • Virginia Beach, VA – Storage facility is located on N. Great Neck Rd in Virginia Beach, 23454 and all delivery fees will be calculated based on the miles to event location from the storage facility

  • Each panel is made of solid plywood, and all have a built-in stand with legs which allows them to stand freely

  • We do weigh down the back of every panel with a sandbag to ensure that the back is supported down and will not fall forward. Please do not move the panels once they are setup or remove the sand bags in order to prevent damage or injury

  • Rectangle White Table Linens are 102” L x 60” / Round White Table Lines are 90”

  • All rentals will be styled by CW Creative for your event – we do ask that once our staff leaves your event location and setup is complete - that rentals are not moved by the client and/or guest to prevent injury or damage to the items

  • The tables are 4ft, low profile and typically can fit two adults comfortably on one side or 3 to 4 children.

  • Depending on the design/theme of your event, we typically can find a custom option to suit your needs

  • Champagne flutes, party favors, gifts, etc. can all be displayed on the shelf for your event

  • Should the client wish to cancel the booking, it must be done one week prior to the event date and a credit shall be applied to a future event date. In cases of fortuitous events, client shall receive a full refund of payment made by him/her, deduced by any order already made and/or items procured that forms part of the custom expenditures for the event

  • Client assumes responsibility for ensuring that the equipment and supplies included in the rental are free of damage and are in good and working order at the conclusion of their event. Any damage resulting from the event of client shall be assumed by client to pay the cost of the repair or replacement of items in full. Client also assumes the responsibility for any loss or damage of items caused by patrons, members or guests who attend
